Dan Duggan: Two Swedish Walking Tunes (Friday, Session 2, Level 3 - Intermediate, Hammered Dulcimer) 15HD037
Traditional Swedish fiddle music has what are called walking tunes. These are usually played at a tempo that is appropriate for walking. I learned several of these from David Kaynor and have played them at music camps we have taught at over the years. These are two of my favorites. Dave was not great at names so these are Swedish Walking tunes 1 and 2. Here is a link to hear the two tunes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NNNlOOz37Os
