Workshop Invitations:
Now that registration is closed, instructors are emailing their workshop invitations. Please do not delete these emails! You should have all of your invitations by Wednesday. If you wake up on February 4th and find you are still missing something, here’s what you should do:
Make sure you actually registered for the workshop by reviewing your order confirmation email(s). You may have to check your spam for these as recently email service providers have implemented changes that sent many order confirmations to spam.
Check the spam/bulk folder of your email. This is usually where missing invitations are found. Even if you’ve never had a problem before, you may have one this time because of new changes implimented by many email services.
Contact us through the contact page of the website. Please don’t wait until the workshop starts to track down your invitation. If the festival is underway, you can visit the live help desk linked in this email and on the homepage of our website.
Please note: QDF instructors have a window of time to send their emails. Just because you have received some today doesn’t mean the ones you receive tomorrow are late. Please refrain from contacting us about missing invitations before February 4th.
Missing Workshop Invitation
If you are missing a workshop invitation, please fill out the form below with the required information. Using the “general inquiries” form may result in a slower response.
Remember, during workshop hours, you can always visit the LIVE help desk and get help from a person on Zoom.
* NOTE: Under the “Subject”, please include only your order number without additional commentary.
**NOTE: We are humans. This is not an automated system. If you don’t get a response immediately, don’t just keep resubmitting the form. It makes our job harder.
